Founder and CEO - V15Able, LLC
Letisha (la-Tisha, Wex-ton) is the Founder and CEO of V15Able (vis-able), entrepreneur, content creator, and motivational speaker. Letisha was born without arms and learned how to do everything with her feet. Through extensive problem-solving and determination, Letisha has found ways to make small adaptations to her life to make things as simple as possible. Her goal is to live an independent life.
Letisha has inspired missions of people across the world with her YouTube channel, Tisha Unarmed, where she makes informational and humorous videos of her daily life without arms. Letisha's channel grew and quickly went viral.
"My goal was to prove that I am more than my disability. I had to show them what I was capable of."
In addition to your everyday personal hygiene activities such as dressing and bathing, Letisha also learned how to drive, Paint, and since then she has received her bachelor's in graphic design and started her own business helping people with disabilities find job opportunities through sharing their skills on V15Able the online employment platform for people with disabilities.
Letisha has become an advocate for people with disabilities as a motivational speaker, speaking across the Midwest about the challenges people with disabilities have in their employment industry, how we can solve them, and what the future can hold for a life without limits.
