Nichole Rohn

Community Behavioral Health Liaison - Mark Twain Behavioral Health

Nichole Rohn has served 35 years in the social work field in various capacities. Those roles include care coordination for teens who were homeless; First Steps and Regional Center case manager, developing social skills groups; Team Leader at Fulton State Hospital Biggs maximum security working with individuals who have serious mental illness; providing individual, family, couples and group therapy; development of trusted services for those with mental health/substance use concerns who frequently utilized law enforcement or the emergency room for services; International Certification for Crisis Intervention Team Trainer and Coordinator of CIT training for the Northeast region; providing connective bridges for adults in need of MH/SU services who are a part of the criminal justice system; self-care/ wellness facilitator including debriefings for first responders. She has been honored to serve as the mental health representative from the Northeast region for the Missouri Crisis Intervention Team Council, as well as serving, as the Self-care Wellness Chairperson for the state. In 2024 Nichole was humbly honored as the Community Behavioral Health Liaison of the Year. She is a strong teaching advocate for Suicide Prevention and Suicide Awareness as she lost her youngest brother to suicide. Nichole is married to a lifelong law enforcement officer- Tom. They are blessed with four beautiful daughters and 2 granddaughters, both with unique abilities. Nichole has served the Northeastern Missouri area since 2013 at Mark Twain Behavioral Health.
